Ski Jumper Shatter Skiing World Record

When skiers took to the top of the Vikersundbakken Hill on the 18th of march 2017 in Vikersund, Norway they had to beat a world record of 134.5 meters set previously. First Robert Johansson a Norwegian ski jumper shattered the world record by doing a 252 m (827 ft) jump which was almost double that of the previous jump set in on 18 March 2017.

Below we share the footage of that extraordinary jump shared by Sopel, although Stefan Kraft an Austrian ski jumper broke the record on the same day by doing a 253.5 m (832 ft) jump that footage can be found here.
